About Vibration Tester
The tester constructed in Mild steel and painted and powder coated. The testers is driven by electric Motor to make a vibration of required amplitudes and frequency. The tester is matching to IS 7028/ ASTM D 999-96 to generate different g values in the respective standard by changing the frequency. The VFD drive with special motor will make sure the variable frequency, and will display digital indication of frequency of vibration ,Corresponding g value, Set time Controller is in separate unit

FAQ's of Vibration Tester:
Q: How is the vibration test programmed and monitored on this tester?
A: The vibration tester uses a digital control panel with an LCD touch display. Users can set the vibration frequency (10-60 Hz), test duration (up to 999 minutes), and cycle repetitions with simple touchscreen commands. Real-time monitoring and status updates are displayed on the interface.
Q: What types of items or applications can this vibration tester be used for?
A: The tester is ideal for simulating vibration environments for packaging, product components, and industrial equipment. It helps manufacturers evaluate packaging durability, ensure product reliability during transport, and conduct research on structural integrity under real-world vibration conditions.
Q: When should I use the emergency stop button?
A: The emergency stop button should be used whenever you need to halt the test immediately due to an unexpected situation, such as an unstable sample, equipment malfunction, or any safety risk during operation.
Q: Where should the vibration tester be installed for best results?
A: Place the tester in a stable, level indoor environment with sufficient space for easy access to all sides (approximate dimensions 1100 x 900 x 850 mm). Choose a location away from sensitive equipment and ensure it is connected to a single-phase 220-240V AC power supply.
Q: What is the process for loading and securing samples on this vibration tester?
A: To test a sample, place it on the non-slip platform and use the adjustable, quick-release clamps to secure it firmly. Make sure the load does not exceed 100 kg. After clamping, set your test parameters on the digital control panel and start the automated test cycle.
Q: What benefit does the automated, programmable cycle feature offer?
A: Automated and programmable cycles enable users to run tests without constant supervision. This ensures consistent vibration conditions across repeated tests, increases throughput, and reduces human error, making it highly beneficial for both research and quality control processes.
